Bitmine Immersion Technologies (BMNR) has announced its Ethereum (ETH) holdings have reached 4.803 million tokens, with total crypto and cash holdings valued at $11.4 billion. This announcement underscores Bitmine's aggressive strategy of accumulating ETH and solidifies its position as one of the largest ETH treasuries globally.

Bitmine's strategic treasury management enhances shareholder value and reinforces the security of the Ethereum network. A significant portion of Bitmine's ETH, totaling 3,334,637, is staked, representing approximately $7.1 billion at a price of $2,123 per ETH. These staked assets contribute to the security and efficiency of the Ethereum blockchain while generating staking rewards for Bitmine. The company's staking operations are facilitated through its MAVAN (Made in America Validator Network) platform, catering to both institutional investors and internal needs.

The company's total ETH holdings now represent 3.98% of the total ETH supply, demonstrating its progress toward its goal of acquiring 5% of all ETH. Bitmine also holds $92 million in Eightco Holdings (ORBS), providing investors with indirect exposure to OpenAI. The company's stock, BMNR, is actively traded, ranking as the 96th most traded stock in the U. S., with an average daily trading volume of $987 million.

Bitmine's treasury is supported by institutional investors, including ARK's Cathie Wood, Founders Fund, and Galaxy Digital. The company has also received approval to be uplisted to the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) from the NYSE American, effective April 9, 2026.
